1. 収集する情報
Shopify APIを通じて、店舗のブログおよびコレクションの情報を取得します。 アプリ利用状況やインポートしたファイル情報（ファイル名・日時など）を一時的に保存する場合があります。 Shopifyの課金機能を利用して、サブスクリプション情報を取得します。
2. 情報の利用目的
CSVインポート・エクスポート機能の提供のため / ユーザーサポートおよび機能改善のため / Shopifyの定める課金処理のため
3. 情報の共有
ユーザーの情報は第三者に販売、貸与、開示いたしません。 Shopifyの定めるデータ処理要件に従い、GDPR等に準拠した対応を行います。
4. データの保管
アプリ上で個人データを永続的に保存することはありません。 一時的に保持する場合も、セキュリティに配慮した環境に保管し、目的達成後に削除します。
5. ユーザーの権利
データアクセス・削除のリクエストに対応するため、ShopifyのGDPR webhookに対応しています。

利用規約
このアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくことで、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービス概要
CSVファイルを使用して、Shopifyストアにブログ記事やコレクションをインポートできる機能を提供します。 ブログやコレクションのデータをCSV形式でエクスポートする機能も提供します。 無料プランでは月あたり最大10件のアップロードが可能です。 有料プランではアップロード数に制限はありません。 有料プランの課金はShopifyの定めるサブスクリプション機能を利用して処理されます。
2. ユーザーの責任
アップロードするCSVファイルの内容や整合性は、ユーザー自身の責任で管理してください。 本アプリの使用によって発生するいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
3. 禁止事項
アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、その他Shopifyの規約に反する行為 / 意図的に制限を回避する行為（例：無料枠の乱用）
4. 変更と終了
本アプリの機能・価格・プラン構成・この利用規約は、予告なく変更される場合があります。 サービスの提供が困難と判断された場合、本アプリの提供を中止することがあります。
5. 準拠法
本利用規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

Terms of Service
By using this app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms of service.
1. Service Overview
The App allows you to import blog posts and collections into your Shopify store via CSV files. You can also export blog and collection data in CSV format. The free plan allows up to 10 uploads per month. The paid plan offers unlimited uploads. Payments for the paid plan are processed through Shopify's subscription billing.
2. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the CSV files you upload. We are not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of this App.
3. Prohibited Actions
Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any activities that violate Shopify’s policies are prohibited. Attempting to bypass usage limits (e.g., free plan abuse) is prohibited.
4. Changes and Termination
We may modify the App’s features, pricing, plan structure, or these terms without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the App if necessary.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
