どこでも待合室は、タブレットがあれば簡単に設置できるデジタル整理券システムです。 順番がきたら、待機している人のスマートフォンに順番が来たことを通知します。 これにより、施設内外での待ち時間を効果的に管理し、利用者にスムーズな待ち時間の過ごし方を提供します。 さらに、常に待ち状況を視覚的に確認できるため、施設の混雑状況を把握し効率的な運用が可能です。

AnyWait is a free digital ticketing system created to avoid overcrowding in waiting rooms of hospitals and facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With just a smartphone, users can wait outside the facility. With this system, users can create their own digital ticket on their smartphone and manage their place in the waiting room digitally. This helps to avoid crowded waiting rooms and prevent the spread of infections.

わかりやすいだけではなく、信頼性と心地よさを体験できるデザインにしています。 業務アプリケーションにはデザインが導入されないことが一般的ですが、管理画面や業務画面にこそデザインが必要だと考えており、ログイン後の画面には妥協していません。

The design is not only easy to understand, but also provides a reliable and comfortable experience. While it is common for business applications to have no design, I believe that it is the administrative and business screens that need to be designed, and I do not compromise on the screen after logging in.

お客様の待機状況を一目でわかるインターフェースを考案しデザインしました。 番号札を下から時間が経過するごとに上に移動させることで、どのくらいの人たちがどのくらいの時間待っているのか、あとどのくらいで呼び出されるのかがすぐに俯瞰できるようになっています。

I devised an interface that shows the waiting status of customers at a glance. By moving the number tags up as time passes from the bottom, the user can get a bird's eye view of how long people have been waiting and how soon they will be summoned.

また、番号札をつかったアナログな管理方法にも対応しており、従来の運用方法を変えずに導入することができます。 これにより、既存のシステムになじみのある施設でも簡単に導入することができます。 どこでも待合室は、スマートフォンを活用したデジタルな整理券システムでありながら、従来の運用方法を変えずに、待合室の密集を回避することができる画期的なシステムです。

来客者は自分のスマートフォンに番号と予定時刻が表示されます。 時間の5分前になるか、呼び出しがあるとスマートフォンに呼び出されていることが表示されます。 もしスマートフォンに不慣れなお客様でも、アナログの番号札での案内も可能になっており、従来の運用方法にも対応しています。

The visitor will see the number and scheduled time on his or her smart phone. When 5 minutes before the time or when a call is made, the smart phone will indicate that the visitor has been called. If the visitor is not familiar with smartphones, he or she can also be guided by an analog number tag.

タブレットとの連動も簡単です。 発行されたQRコードを読むだけですぐにタブレットが待ち受けディスプレイとして機能します。 特別な装置やディスプレイなしですぐに設置が可能です。 QRコードの発行もボタン1つ押すだけで完了です。

Linking to tablets is also easy. Simply read the issued QR code and the tablet immediately functions as a standby display. QR codes can be issued at the push of a button.

どこでも待合室という名前は、ドラえもんの"どこでもドア"を参考にしました。 "どこでもドア"は、どこにでも行けるという便利な道具で、待合室を回避するというコンセプトにぴったり合っています。 ロゴはドアをイメージしており、どこでも自分のお気に入りの場所で待つことができるというアイデアを表現しています。 また、病院に設置しても違和感がないように、清潔感を重視し、スッキリとしたデザインにしています。

The Japanese name "Dokodemo Waiting Room" was inspired by Doraemon's "Dokodemo Door. The "Dokodemo Dokodemo Door" is a convenient tool that can go anywhere, and fits perfectly with the concept of avoiding waiting rooms. The logo is a door, which expresses the idea of being able to wait anywhere in one's favorite place. I also focused on a clean, uncluttered design so that it would not look out of place in a hospital.

The website uses a unique "Composite Web Font" technology that allows the Adobe Illustrator composite font functionality to be used directly on the web, reproducing beautiful letterforms on the web. Everything, including the back-end system, was developed in-house.
