Brew - Booklet
日本酒は毎年「仕込み水を取り巻く自然環境」下でお酒が醸されるため、完全に同じではありません。 そのため日本酒は毎年試飲をおこない品質評価をおこないます。 "Brew"は、この品質評価をデジタル化するために、日本酒の酒蔵向けに考案された業務ツールです。 このプロジェクトは、日本酒のコンサルティング業を30年以上営むIPA日本酒情報研究所の依頼によるもので、日本酒の試飲データを入力・公開するためのプラットフォームを手掛ける機会を得ました。 企画からデザイン、そして構築まですべてを担当しています。 このプロジェクトでは、子プロジェクトとして酒蔵と銘柄にフォーカスしたブックレットのデザインを担当しました。Brew - Booklet
Sake is brewed every year under the "natural environment surrounding the brewing water" and is therefore not exactly the same. For this reason, sake is tasted every year to evaluate its quality. Brew is a business tool designed for sake breweries to digitize this quality evaluation process. This project was commissioned by the IPA, and I were given the opportunity to create a platform for the input and publication of sake tasting data. I were in charge of everything from planning to design and construction. As a child project, I designed a booklet focusing on sake breweries and brands.Images 0/3
