Sake, brewed each year under unique natural conditions surrounding the brewing water, is never exactly the same. As a result, sake breweries conduct annual tastings to evaluate their products. "Brew" is a business tool designed specifically for sake breweries to digitize this quality assessment process. As part of this project, we created a feature that allows users to output dynamic tasting result data as a booklet using a home printer.
