As sake is brewed under varying natural conditions each year, its quality can fluctuate. To ensure consistent quality, sake breweries conduct annual tastings. "Brew" is a digital tool designed to streamline this process for sake breweries. Our team was responsible for the entire development, from concept to completion. We also designed a booklet highlighting individual breweries and their unique brands.
